Tsuki-Mi-Cha-Ya (月見茶屋)

From ancient time we Japanese really love to look at the moon at night and eat something sweet with Japanese tea (ocha), and we call the action as "Tsuki-Mi (月見)".
ChaYa is...uhm....just like Japanese cafeteria.

I've been in Nagasaki for many years but I did'nt know that there was a chaya like this near the Suwa Shrine.

Hope you enjoy :)

I have always been amazed by photographers who have the ability to shoot something that I would deem very ordinary looking and make it into a work of art. You have done this with this shot. It's beautiful. Good job.

I've always loved looking at the moon. In england it scared me when the cresent moon was hanging upside-down, like the grin of a chesire cat, instead of slightly tilted upwards, like in the Dreamworks logo.

Beautiful picture. You really caught the essence. I love it. :)
